McBrearty has had injury problems himself over the last number of months and missed Kilcar’s All-Ireland Gaeltacht final against Naomh Conaill a few weeks ago.However, he has declared himself fit for Ireland’s clash with Australia later this month.McBrearty featured in the series the last time it was held in Ireland in 2013.He started the first test and scored a stunning goal in the second as Ireland ran out emphatic winners in that series.
